2020年6月11日，岳阳县2020年重大项目集中开工暨财纳福诺石晶地板全产业链项目（二期）奠基仪式隆重举行。财纳福诺岳阳生产基地，是中国浙江嘉善、中国台湾、越南胡志明和河内后，又一重要生产基地项目规划，该项目的成功奠基对乐迈中国战略布局有着重要意义，更对于提升国内地板行业发展具有重要推动作用。

On June 11, the foundation stone laying ceremony (phase II) of Yueyang County's major project in 2020 and the completion of the CFL crystal stone flooring industry chain project was held. 为华中地区发展再添新翼

财纳福诺在岳阳县高新技术产业园投资建设的石晶地板生产项目，岳盛一期已于2019年2月正式投产，年产石晶地板700万平方米，安置300余员工就业。今年上半年，财纳福诺积极应对新冠肺炎，在全面复工复产的基础上，已完成了一期现有15条生产线升级改造工程。

在一期项目成功的基础上，财纳福诺决定在岳阳高新区追加投资建设石晶地板产业链项目——岳盛二期基地，二期厂房建设面积近7万平方米，规划新建厂房、仓库、研发中心及相关配套附属设施，启动内部路网及管网建设，建成后可年产石晶地板1500万平方米，可安置就业人员近千人。

On the basis of the success of the first phase of the project, CFL decided to invest in Yueyang Hi-Tech Zone to build the additional crystal stone flooring industry chain project——the second phase of Yuesheng base. The second phase of the plant construction area is nearly 70,000 square meters, including new plants, warehouses, R & D center and related ancillary facilities. The construction of the internal road network and pipeline network will start as well, and after completion, the annual output of 15 million square meters of crystal stone flooring can solve the employment problem for nearly a thousand people.

岳盛基地将作为石木塑产业链上下游纽带，通力研发、生产石晶地板耐磨层、PVC彩膜、IXPE、EVA泡棉、软木加工、包装辅料、钙锌稳定剂、浸胶生产等多个子项目，在降低产业链上下游服务成本方面发挥重要作用，将助推石晶地板以华东向华中、华南乃至全国发展，进一步拓展乐迈石晶地板的中国地材版图，引领石晶地板发展新风口。

Yuesheng base will act as the upstream and downstream link of the wood-plastic industry chain, and make full efforts to research, develop and produce the wear-resistant layer of crystal stone flooring, PVC color film, IXPE, EVA foam, cork processing, packaging accessories, calcium and zinc stabilizers, impregnation production and other sub-projects, to play an important role in reducing the cost of services, which will help to promote crystal stone flooring to east China to the central, southern and even national development, and further expand the Lamett crystal stone flooring map of China, and lead the development of a new outlet for the crystal stone flooring.
